For the price we paid, we got incredible value for money at The Clarendon - Fresnaye. The room was stunning and felt completely new, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. The location provided a serene and calm environment, perfect for relaxation. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the helpful guidance throughout our stay, everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating. The 24-hour security gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully enjoy our time at the hotel. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back on our next visit to this beautiful city.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was the organization of the breakfast area. On both mornings of our stay, we encountered some disorganization and had a bit of a hassle placing our orders.

The facilities at The Clarendon - Fresnaye were fantastic! The rooms were stunning and made us feel safe and at home. The staff, particularly Achmed and Brian, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome and secure. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and afternoon cakes. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, like a big family home.

We felt totally at home during our stay and had no complaints.

The location was also great, and we enjoyed the beautiful outdoor solar lanterns at night. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Cape Town!

I had a superb stay at this hotel recently. Despite its lack of an on-site restaurant, the location was still excellent. It's close to a number of amazing restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The room was lovely and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the two pools on the property were a great way to unwind after a long day.

There was a lack of soundproofing between rooms.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. Both pools were in excellent condition and there was always plenty of space to relax and enjoy myself. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, situated in a safe area, close to transportation and in the center of town. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always willing to assist when I requested it.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, massage, beauty treatments, and more fulfilled. The attentive service from the staff was remarkable, providing us with a delightful customized breakfast in our room and offering the option of a picnic on the sun terrace. The hotel's location is also a great advantage, conveniently close to the beach and fantastic restaurants.

Although there were no major issues, we found the bed mattress a bit uncomfortable. However, the room's advantages, such as the treatment room and beautiful garden area with sun loungers, more than made up for it.

Got to spend a city break here and was pleased with the level of customer service and location. Loved the afternoon tea with scones that was served daily, and the laundry staff did an excellent job! The area the hotel is situated in is very safe and makes it convenient to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

Despite the friendly staff and prime location, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The pool area was often cluttered with empty tableware and unused towels not picked up for hours.
